There may be other X-Men podcasts out there, but I don't need to listen to them. This is the only one I need to listen to.

    Episode 91: Nefaria's @*%&

After a brief hiatus for babymaking, the X-Cast is back and bigger than ever!

This week in On Shelves Now we finish out Second Coming with Second Coming 12-14 (X-Men Legacy 237, X-Force 28, X-Men Second Coming 2), X-Men Heroic Age 1, Hellbound 2 and 3, X-Men 1: Curse of the Mutants, X-Factor 206, and The X-Women.

We then turn down the lights and do a little X-Men roleplay, with a guest appearance by everyone's favorite vampire.

Then in Retro Reviews we begin the age of Excalibur!!  We also check out Uncanny 228, and New Mutants 62.

As always we finish up with a Fastball Special.

Download it right here or on iTunes.

    hey, thanks for the shout-out!
Now for Pt.2 of LCS break-up:
So i call him to tell him that I'll no longer need him to pull comics for me. He tells me that he already has some set aside and that i NEED to come in to pick them up. I tell him, no, that's the point. "I'm not getting comics from here anymore" He tells me that he's going to have to CHARGE me for them whether i pick them up or not, since he already ordered them months in advance. I tell him, "Everything you order has to be done months in advance, there is no difference, just put them back on the shelves, they're current releases of mainstream comics like Uncanny, Detective Comics, Shadowland, etc... they'll sell just the same." He couldn't argue and hung up. Kind of interested how he would have charged me since i'm already overdrafted at the bank?

As far as membership goes, you don't pay for membership but he takes your credit card info when you sign up. i though he did this just for contact info. turns out its to charge people like me if they ever decide to drop a pull list. I could see if i made him sit on these titles for a month or two but i called him the day they came out and told him to shelf them and he acted like i just bankruptted him, You should call him for your LCS segment, "Comics and friends" 440-255-4242

I'd still dig doing the interview, think it would be fun. whatever format is easiest for you to do just let me know.
    sorry for the length.
